At Fair Oaks Dental Care (Fairfax, Virginia), We participate with Cigna PPO dental insurances. Fair Oaks Dentist Care has been Cigna participating dentist since 2003; therefore, we have a great understanding of getting insurance coverage on the dental services. As a courtesy service, we will submit the dental insurance claim on behalf of a patient. Estimated co-payment will be collected on the day of service.
