Virginia Premier Medicaid |Smiles for Children | FAMIS

We accept both adult and children Medicaid insurance via Smiles 4 Children/ FAMIS dental program. As a courtesy service to our patients, we will submit the insurance claim on behalf of the patient. Both children under 21 and adults with Medicaid are eligible for  100% basic dental coverage. To find out your dental insurance benefits, please call our office.

 

Note: As of July 1, 2021, adult Medicaid patients are now eligible for teeth cleaning, filling, root canal, crown, and extraction. Fairfax and other residents in Virginia will be able to use Medicaid at our office.
