MetLife Dental Insurance

Our office accepts MetLife PDP dental insurance. As a courtesy service to our patients, we will submit an insurance claim electronically to quickly have your insurance company cover for the treatments. Estimated co-payment will be collected on the day of your service. To find out your dental insurance beneift, please call our office.
